Company Card Loyalty Program is owned and operated by RT7 Incorporated.
Given the mission of RT7 Incorporated, you have the right to expect
that we are very sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet,
and compliant with all Canadian privacy legislation. This policy
only applies to the valeocard.com web site. valeocard.com is not
responsible for the privacy practices or the content of the web
sites to which it links. This privacy policy was last revised
on Feb 01, 2005.
Information Collected
valeocard.com collects personal information through your enrollment
with the company card program. Information collected includes
name, home address, home phone number, date of birth, and personal
email address. Personal information provided on the registration
form or subsequently is maintained in a separate file for the
purposes of administering the company card program, including
you in preferred cardholder activities such as company card promotions
and bonuses and the marketing of goods and services by our registered
business participants in your community. Contact with you via
email and/or regular mail is available through valeocard.com channels
only. The vendor has no access to your personal information, including
address, home telephone number, date of birth or email address.
RT7 securely stores information electronically and in paper format
at the main location in Toronto, Ontario. Access to this information
is restricted to authorized personnel of RT7 Incorporated. Your
personal information is held in confidence by RT7 Incorporated.
Company card Accountability
As a registered company card holder, you have the opportunity
to access and update/change your personal information by logging
into your secured site at valeocard.com. As well, you can “opt
in” or “opt out” of any email contact from registered
business participants and/or organizations. The company card status
of any company card holder who opts out of contact, contests,
surveys, etc. will not be affected. Once again, registered business
participants and/or non-profit beneficiaries of funds have no
authorized access to your personal information.
RT7 Incorporated will not give, rent or sell its list of members
to any company or organization.
General inquiries regarding personal information or complaints
regarding personal information can be forwarded to info@valeocard.com
company card staff will work to resolve any complaints in a timely
manner. Corrective measures and revisions to policies will be
implemented as required.
Cookies
valeocard.com does not collect cookies from website visitors.
